camping

This week, I go camping with my uncle, my aunt, their son and their Daughter. We drove car to camp squeah, hope, BC. Hope is very beautiful town. Here have the fresh air. I stay here for two nights, three days.

Here I knew a lot of new friends. I join activities with my friend. For example: play pool, play volleyball, play football, play basketball and so on. We together discuss live out loud. We together barbecue and camp fire. The camping I learned a lot of knowledge, and learn some knowledge of English. I think the camping is very significant. But I can't sleep well.

After camping, We also go to conquering the canyon. conquering the canyon is very beautiful place. But this time I don't Earnest appreciation, Because we want to catch the back. This weekend, I had a lot of fun.

family tradition

We are a common family in China. In the Mid-Autumn festival, today we have dinner together in the family and we will buy many moon cakes. So we will have a lot of food festival dinner. After dinner, we will sit outside, family eat moon cake and watch the moon. After watch month, we will be have gambling activities. Gambling? Right, but it is definitely legal. It have a china name is "Bo Bing." It is a throw the dice game. It is played only the Mid-Autumn Festival. This is our hometown peculiar custom.It is my family traditional activities in the Mid-Autumn festival.I like the traditional festival.

jogging

jogging is a healthy exercise. jogging are good for our health. The doctor said: jogging can be a cure for heart troubles. So I think jogging is good for health.

My father likes jogging ever so much. He is jogging method with to lose weight. So Every morning he likes jogging in the park. My father said: Jogging is eliminate stress of a good medicine. But I think I don't interested in jogging. Because jogging is a need perseverance. I can't jogging every morning, but I can jogging every week.

I feel jogging is a good sport. Because it is good for your health.
